Who is my hero?

My hero could be Giacomo Mazzariol. He is an Italian writer from Castelfranco, who was born in 1997.

It talks about his life since he was a child, when his little brother, Giovanni, borns with Down's syndrome. He first thinks that, if he's special, then he could be a hero, but later, he realizes that Giovanni is too different from the others and he ends up embarassed and refuses him. 

At the begining he is selfish, cruel and cowardly, but now he's more comprensive with other people.
He learns how to apreciate their diferences becose he understands that he is happy while he plays with his brother, and that his opinion was just the same as the rest of people. Then he begans undestanding him.

I've decided to choose him becose he has arrived to a lot of people with his story and I also think that we need more people like him, trying to normalize people diferences.

I got to the conclusion that, most of the causes of the environment contamination include large companies which produce lots of money, and no one wants to report them.         How technology has changed what it's like to be deaf Rebecca Knill, a writer,  who has cochlear implants that enable her to hear, explains how technology, for Deaf people, has changed in the last years and how has been her day a day during her life with it.  She was born without hearing sense, and her first electronic system let her hear her voice and listen to music, but she kneew these weren't natural sounds and although in 2003 she decided to have the implant; as the Deaf community, she thought they wouldn't work. She explies us how the hearing sense operates, the advantages of that implant, how the silence can be adictive and why they don't wish to have the hearing sense. Rebecca  says that technology can help make the world more human.  She says that it will be lots  people with a significative lose of the hearing sense by 2050 due to our hair-cell damage is too common, in part, because we are exposed in our day by ...

Psychological horror story

Edgar Allan Poe Edgar Allan Poe was an American horror stories writer, poet, critic and editor who was born in january 19, 1808 in Boston, Massachusetts.  He was also known by the nickname of: Father of the Detective story. Allan Poe  became famouous thanks to his dark, mysterious and evocative short stories and poems; some of them are now literary clasics. He married his cousin Virginia when she was 13, in 1836; but she passed away in 1847, after she became sick of tuberculosis. He died in 1949 in a great distress and, although nobody certainly knows what was the causer of it, there are lots of theories. Some of his most well known writtings are: Short stories:   Tales of the Grotesque and Arabesque, The Black Cat,  The Murders in the Rue Morgue , The Fall of the House of Usher and   The Tell-Tale Heart.
